When will my purchase be shipped?
Items that are in stock and readily made will usually be shipped from us within 1-4 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers around the globe!

How long will my order take to arrive?

• US Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 6-12 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: Usually delivered within 6-14 business days after shipping, though remote areas may take up to 20-30 business days.

How do I know what size to order?
We have a size chart available on the last slide of all our t-shirts, joggers, and hoodies. We recommend ordering your normal size or sizing down, as our clothing generally runs a bit larger.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it is placed?
If you ordered the wrong item or entered the wrong address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order to request changes.

What is your return policy?
We only accept refunds for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If this happens, please email us at organicstarboy@gmail.com, and we'll assist you with the refund process. Important: Make sure to select the correct size when ordering, as we typically cannot accept returns for size errors. Final sale items are non-returnable (see our Terms of Service for specific details).
